There is no doubt that Instagram has created a spotlight for various styles of photos. One of our favorite staples of the IG is the #StrideBy! For this week’s Instagram challenge we’re we want you to capture your composition #PPInMotion, putting our own spin on the IG classic.

Try to photograph your subject keeping their motion in mind — whether it’s waiting for the perfect moment when a stranger is passes through a beam of light crossing the street or capturing that cyclist ringing his bell as he whizzes past you. And of course use your camera’s tools to your advantage: explore the long-exposure settings to see what you can come up with or try out burst mode on your mobile phone…be creative!

Joining us as guest judges are @lerichti and @stoptheroc who are excited to see how you stay active and adventurous. Check out their feeds to see where and how they keep it movin’ and follow the directions below to enter.

Instructions:

1. Post a photo/video that fits this week’s challenge theme and tag #PPInMotion and @passionpassport in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it!)*;
2. Submit as many entries as you like between Tuesday, April 5th and 11:59am ET on Sunday, April 10th*;
3. Include a brief write-up (3-5 sentences) in your caption telling us how your entry relates to the theme and why it’s personally significant to you;
4. Stay tuned for the potential winner to be announced on Monday, April 11th on our Instagram feed.
   *NOTE: Entries must be posted or reposted from a public account during the challenge period. You cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will not be considered eligible.
