We know the quickest way to a traveler’s heart is often through their stomach and taste buds. Savory, sweet, spicy…take us on an adventure through your palate.

Take us as well as guest judges @ananewyork & @rach.bires on a culinary adventure. From early-morning coffee to afternoon street markets to Michelin-star restaurants, just follow the rules below to show us what a world foodie you are:

Guidelines

  1. Post or re-post photos/videos according to your interpretation of the theme between Wednesday, June 12th and noon EST on Sunday, June 23rd*.
  2. Tag #PPWorldFlavors in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it).
  3. Take us into the moment with you in your caption by sharing 3-4 sentences.
  4. Check the sample below, get creative, and get going!

*NOTE: Entries must be posted or re-posted (i.e. you cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video) from a public account during the challenge period. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will NOT be considered eligible for feature.

We’ll announce the winner and honorable mentions the following week on our Instagram feed based on Quality of Image, Quality of Caption, and Creativity/Interpretation of the Theme.

For @passionpassport‘s #PPWorldFlavors challenge // Lahore has always reminded me of a bubbling cauldron of unknown depth and endless possibility. Here, you can watch centuries-old rituals, peruse relics crafted by Mughals, eat in restaurants built before the partition, cool down in modern malls, and people-watch from bright cafés — all in one day. The locals are all too happy to offer recommendations about everything from chic coffee shops to hole-in-the-wall street food joints, and their passion and enthusiasm are contagious. The city offers so many things to see, foods to try, songs to hear, and people to meet that sometimes I don’t know where to look or what to do. Regardless, this conundrum pulls me back, time and time again.
