Before welcoming in the new year, we want you to reflect for this week’s #PPMy2017 Instagram challenge! Looking back, what travels, challenges, and triumphs marked the past twelve months?
We as well as guest judges @easternsuns and @insearchofperfect can’t wait to see your answers! Check their feeds for inspiration, and follow the steps below to join in the fun.
Guidelines:
- Post or re-post photos/videos according to your interpretation of the theme between Wednesday, December 27th and 11:59am EST on Sunday, December 31st*.
- Tag @passionpassport and #PPMy2017 in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it).
- Share a memory from this year and take us into the moment with you…why was this particular experience significant to you? Was there a lesson learned or a friend gained?
- Check the sample below and get creative with your entries!
*NOTE: Entries must be posted or re-posted (i.e. you cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video) from a public account during the challenge period. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will NOT be considered eligible for feature.
We’ll announce the winner and honorable mentions Tuesday, January 2nd on our Instagram feed based on the guest judges’ scoring of Quality of Image, Quality of Caption, and Creativity/Interpretation of the Theme.
Inspiration:
Madagascar is unlike anywhere else in the world. A massive, isolated island in the ocean, so remote that only 5% of its inhabitants have access to the Internet, Madagascar is a strange and magical place. It was unreal to see Baobab trees in real life — though over 95% of the original forest is gone, these remaining giants stand the test of time and make the landscape seem otherworldly. // For @passionpassport‘s #PPMy2017 challenge
