Join our #PPLights Instagram challenge this week and help us ward off the night! No matter what you celebrate or where you’re from, every culture has some sort of festival of light or tradition to remind us that the seasonal darkness will soon fade.
What do you do to stay positive? Whether it’s lighting a cozy fire or flipping through throwback photos from warmer days, we as well as guest judge @apolitik can’t wait to see your answers! Check his feed for inspiration, and follow the steps below to join in the fun.
Guidelines:
- Post or re-post photos/videos according to your interpretation of the theme between Tuesday, December 19th and 11:59am EST on Sunday, December 24th*.
- Tag @passionpassport and #PPLights in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it).
- Take us into the moment with you and tell a story about why this particular light caught your eye and any other interesting/relevant circumstances about the experience.
- Check the sample below and get creative with your entries!
*NOTE: Entries must be posted or re-posted (i.e. you cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video) from a public account during the challenge period. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will NOT be considered eligible for feature.
We’ll announce the winner and honorable mentions Tuesday, December 26th on our Instagram feed based on the guest judge’s scoring of Quality of Image, Quality of Caption, and Creativity/Interpretation of the Theme.
