Last week, Canadians celebrated Canada Day. Monday, July 4th, Americans celebrated the 4th of July. In light of these two respective national holidays, this week’s Instagram challenge theme is #PPIndependence!

Share with us what it means to you, those moments you just feel free. Perhaps it’s the feeling of weightlessness floating in water. Perhaps it’s getting lost among the clouds on a mountaintop or in a plane. Or maybe for your it’s the first time you saw the Statue of Liberty? Independence can mean many different things to different people, and we want to see all those interpretations.

We’re joined by guest judge @wesleytaylor, so head to his feed for inspiration, and follow the instructions below for a chance to be showcased on our feed:

Girl on Swing in Hjørundfjorden, Norway

After we docked the boat on the side of the fjord, we climbed the side of the steep hill and noticed a massive tree holding what must be one of the most spectacular swings in the world. Everything inside me knew I had to try it. Once airborne, I couldn’t help but feel a rushing sensation of freedom — as if I were leaving all my fears behind and catching a glimpse of everything that lay ahead. This was what it feels like to be fully alive. / @passionpassport #PPIndependence
