“With each breath I took I could feel the pressure of the altitude, but that would not stop me from exploring Machu Picchu. I shared pathways with llamas and tourists as I trekked up and down the stairs that were scattered throughout the mountain. The view was beautiful in every direction. The whole day seems like something I dreamed up, but I have hundreds of pictures that prove otherwise.”
