Passion Passport is looking for a highly talented Graphic Designer with strong technical skills, a good eye for typography, and experience with web design. This person should have a passion for design, a can-do attitude, and ability to work on multiple projects at once. This position requires a high-level understanding of graphic design tools and social media best practices and layout.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of design materials including digital assets, branding, newsletters, content pieces and various other items to support marketing initiatives. You will need a talent for communicating information visually, as well as a clean design style. The ideal candidate is ambitious, collaborative and enthusiastic about the work they are producing.


  • Translate content needs, key messages and powerful stories into well-designed, effective, stunning art that meets the needs of our audience.
  • Conceptualize and execute graphics projects across formats for social media platforms, including video, text, static and animated images, and other interactive features.
  • Partner with the content team to bring stories to life, by creating market-ready designed assets.
  • Create graphics for social media, paid ads or blog posts.
  • Design email newsletters and landing page templates.
  • Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale to your team and various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team around workflow, project prioritization, stakeholder communication and revisions

Skills and Qualification:

  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design or illustration experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Digital Publishing Suite and Dreamweaver).
    • Bonus: Expertise with Adobe After Effects, Premiere, motion graphic design and 3D softwares
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, web design tools and html and CSS
  • Well versed in marketing creative strategy (ads, email newsletters, direct mail, web banners, landing pages, promotions, business collateral, logo development, etc.)
  • Exhibit a strong sense for typography and information hierarchy
  • Excellent design sense with the ability to both conceptualize and execute creative
  • Experience working on campaigns from start to finish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including clearly presenting concepts & ideas
