We’re very excited to be teaming up with Andaz to bring you the theme for this week’s Instagram challenge: #PPCulturalMoment!
Plenty of travel memories have shared versions in guidebooks and on postcards around the world, as they should. But even more travel memories come from the quiet moments off the beaten path, without the tour guide, when you forget that you’re traveling. It’s cultural moments like these that make travel transformative, and it’s these moments we want to see from you this week. Think of creative or unique ways to show us the people you’ve met, the details you’ve noticed, and the moments you’ve had embracing local culture. Don’t forget to tell us why your photo/video is special to you.

Instructions:
1) Post a photo or video that fits this week’s theme and tag @passionpassport and #PPCulturalMoment in your caption so that we don’t miss your entry.
2) Submit as many entries as you like between Monday, September 29th and 11:59pm EST on Saturday, October 4th. Note that you cannot simply “tag” an older photo/video; you must post or repost during the challenge period.
3) Include a caption about what was personally memorable or significant about your photo/video. Note that the winner always has a write-up for their photo/video (see here for inspiration from previous winners’ write-ups).
4) The potential winner and potential honorable mentions will be announced on Sunday, October 5th here on passionpassport.com and on our Instagram channel.
