Rail Europe is pleased to participate as the Prize Provider of this Instagram challenge sponsored by PassionPassport taking place on Instagram.  However, Rail Europe in no way manages, controls or is responsible for the PassionPassport Challenge nor has any part in selecting the winner or runners-up. PassionPassport will select one winner to receive a Eurail Select Pass from Rail Europe. This rail pass prize will have an ARV of about $500. This rail pass prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash and all terms and conditions apply as per the European Railroad carriers. The potential winner of the rail pass must be 18 years or older on the date of entry into the challenge as well as a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec or where otherwise prohibited by law). PassionPassport will also select six to nine runners-up, and the photos submitted by these runners-up will be published in a blog post on Rail Europe’s blog (www.raileurope.com/blog) and on Rail Europe’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+) within a month following the end date of the Challenge. Rail Europe expressly disclaims any and all responsibilities for the PassionPassport Challenge to the fullest extent under applicable law and by accepting the Rail Pass Prize, the selected winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rail Europe from any and all damages and injuries howsoever arising from the selected winner’s use of  the Rail Pass Prize. Runners-up can be residents of any country. By entering this PassionPassport Challenge, entrants give Rail Europe permission to publish their photos on the aforementioned blog and social media channels solely in connection with the PassionPassport Challenge without additional remuneration.
