Passion Passport is hiring an office intern. This individual will be focused on assisting with all aspects of the daily operations of the company including the creation of creative campaigns, client research, daily administrative assignments, and office logistics.
The ideal candidate (based in NYC) will be familiar with our community across all of our current platforms with an eye for curation and a knack for making personal connections. We are seeking a highly-motivated, organized and creative individual who is passionate about the travel industry, digital media, and storytelling. In addition, we are looking for an individual who has a deep desire to understand the start-up and agency model.
Title: Marketing and Office Intern
Timeline: September through December 2019
Qualifications:
- Available 20 hours per week, as well as for team calls
- Community-minded people-person with excellent skills in visual and written communication
- Detail-oriented and self-starter
- Experience in design, copywriting and social media management a plus
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tool a plus
- Creative, solution-oriented ideas and consistent drive to execute them
* This internship can be completed for school credit
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads for partnerships with brands and tourism boards (domestic & international)
- Identify key contacts for brands and companies across a variety of industries:
- Fashion & Apparel
- Consumer goods & products
- Hospitality
- Finance
- Transportation
- Background research on client approaches, past campaigns, and priorities
- Source/identify influencers for a variety of creative campaigns
- Assist in marketing projects such as developing proposals and wrap reports for client meetings
- Managing daily and weekly office administrative and logistic details
- Tracking analytics for social campaigns
- Organizing influencer deliverables for marketing team
- Assisting with the management of smaller tier campaigns
- Work closely with all departments on the execution of campaigns and internal company initiatives
