From Travel Story feature “Orange is Optimism”

Pack your bags and join us for this week’s #PPWheelsOnTheRoad Instagram challenge! We want to sit passenger seat on your last road trip (those in the States should consider any Labor Day Weekend adventures), bus commute, or carriage ride.

As a community of explorers, we know there’s nothing quite like the smell of rubber against pavement or the sound of our radio blasting as suitcases rattle in the back. Any wheeled vehicle or mode of transportation is game: automobiles, skateboards, rickshaws…get creative and share your interpretation of this week’s theme.

We’re joined by guest judge @josephowen! Head to his captivating feed for inspiration, and follow the instructions below for a chance to be featured on our Instagram feed:

Instructions:

  1. Post as many photos/videos relating to the theme as you like between Tuesday, September 6th and 11:59pm EST on Saturday, September 10th;
  2. Mention @passionpassport and #PPWheelsOnTheRoad in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it);
  3. Include a brief write-up (3-5 sentences) in your caption telling us how your entry relates to the theme and why it’s personally significant to you (again, if in the comments, we may miss it); and
  4. Stay tuned for the winner and honorable mentions to be announced Sunday, September 11th on our Instagram feed based on guest judge’s scoring of Quality of Image, Quality of Caption, and Creativity/Interpretation of the Theme.

*NOTE: Entries must be posted or re-posted from a public account during the challenge period. You cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will NOT be considered eligible.
