Between the North and Baltic seas, extending into the icy reaches of the Arctic, stretches the handful of countries that make up Scandinavia. Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark make up a part of the world known for its minimalism, simple and hearty fare, and — let’s not shy from it — usually dipping temperatures. With Scandinavian fashion and cuisine taking the world by storm, we wanted to take this week’s chat to zoom in on this much-admired but still mysterious region. We want to hear about your unique experiences, or particular hopes for traveling there!
