Ever read the I Spy or Where’s Waldo? books growing up? Well get out your magnifying and reading glasses because we’re bringing the same game to our #PPiSpy Instagram challenge!
Just as last week was about the popular and trendy, this week is all about finding the hidden and obscure. That could be snapping a quick, passing moment on a train; spotting an animal camouflaged against its surroundings; or discovering a perfectly framed, unique angle of a vista.
Guest judges @andrewwatsonphoto, @pierlu__igi and @_yafiqyusman_ will be joining and can’t wait to see your takes on the theme! Head to their feeds for inspiration, and follow the steps below to join in the fun:
Guidelines:
- Post or re-post photos/videos according to your interpretation of the theme between Tuesday, September 19th and 11:59am EST on Sunday, September 24th;*
- Tag @passionpassport and #PPiSpy in your caption (if in the comments, we may miss it);
- Tell us a story with your caption: Where were you? Who were you with? What should we be looking for in your entry?; and
- Check the sample below and get creative with your entries!
*NOTE: Entries must be posted or re-posted (i.e. you cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo/video) from a public account during the challenge period. Those posted from private accounts and/or posted outside of the challenge period will NOT be considered eligible for feature.
We’ll announce the winner and honorable mentions Monday, September 25th on our Instagram feed based on the guest judges’ scoring of Quality of Image, Quality of Caption, and Creativity/Interpretation of the Theme.
