“It’s a big pleasure to be able to watch this pond full of lilies and enjoy the nature of Berlin while I’m going to work by bike. I admire this city because of its big parks and the plants that cover every corner.”

“#PPdailygrind made me think of grinding coffee, and as such my average day starts with coffee. Here’s a close-up shoot of my morning cold brew which nearly shoots me with a highly-needed caffeine fix, ready to climb, run and walk through my days in Istanbul!”

The third winner of this week’s challenge is @syntheadevery who will receive a $200 gift certificate and whose photo and write-up are below:

“I ride my bike to work every day and treat myself to Starbucks to help me make the hills on my city-commuter 3 speed. It’s somewhat of a challenge in the heat of summer with a 3 speed. At 58 years young and having fibromyalgia, I just want to ride no matter what! I do plan on getting a touring bike with more gears so I can go much farther. Right now my average mileage on the weekends is 40 miles, and during the daily commute it’s 6 miles per day. I do it for the enjoyment, challenge, health, and the environment. Someday I want to travel the world on a bicycle…it de-stresses you; it’s hard to be in a bad mood on a bicycle.”
