Last summer I quit my job working at an architecture firm in NYC to drive 30,000 miles through pretty much every corner of South America with some friends for four months in an effort to make it to the World Cup in Brazil. Towards the beginning of the trip, mi nano wanted to take this deep, symbolic picture of the long road ahead. But me, child that I am, thought it would be more interesting to come crashing into his perfectly flawless picture — you know, to REALLY perfect it.
