Happy start to September, and we hope you enjoyed the Labor Day Weekend (to those in the States)!  With that in mind, the theme for our Instagram photo challenge for the week of September 2nd is: #PPlongweekend!

Think of creative and unique ways to showcase how you take advantage of extended weekends in a photo or video: do you like to escape to a nearby getaway spot, take time to explore your own neighborhood, or spend it doing a favorite pastime/hobby. Don’t forget to tell us about your entry and what makes it memorable!

One winner will receive a 16×16 inch canvas print!

Instructions:

1) Post a photo or video that fits this week’s theme and tag @passionpassport and #PPlongweekend in your caption so that we don’t miss your entry.

2) Submit as many entries as you like between Tuesday, September 2nd and Sunday, September 7th at noon PST. Note that you cannot simply ‘tag’ an older photo or video; you must post or re-post your entry during the challenge period.

3) Include a short caption about what was significant or memorable about your photo or video. Note that the winner always has a write-up for their photo or video (see here for inspiration from the previous winners’ write-ups).

4) The winner and honorable mentions will be announced on Monday, September 8th here on passionpassport.com.
