Dublin

Dublin has been my home for the last four years and I have completely embraced its irresistible charm. For a relatively cold city, it has so much warmth. Everything from welcoming people, music, vibrant colours, and so many positive vibes. I’m lucky to call it home.

Wicklow

The whole of County Wicklow is a perfect place to visit Irish countryside if you don’t want go too far from Dublin. Driving through the Sally Gap and going to Glendalough for a walk along the lakes are my favourite weekend activities. There are many endless opportunities in this area for great nature and landscape photos.

Ticknock

My husband actually knows the Dublin Mountains better than me, as he often goes mountain biking there. But every now and then he invites me to join him in his favourite Dublin forest — Ticknock. I know why he loves it so much and have experienced first hand the soothing effect this peaceful place has on one’s mind.

Trinity College

As I walk through Trinity’s campus every day on my way to work, I often take way too many photos of this gorgeous college! It’s the perfect representation of how the seasons are changing in Dublin — and Trinity looks fabulous in each time of year. Whether the leaves are turning brown in the autumn or the summer flowers are blossoming, Trinity will forever be the favorite part of my commute.

Edinburgh

I only visited Edinburgh for one weekend in 2016 and it was easily the prettiest city on my travel list. It looks like it’s straight out of a fairy tale! For any lovers of pretty things and beautiful architecture, Edinburgh is a definite must.
